1 General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

By using the Khelo Unity online gaming platform (hereinafter referred to as "Khelo Unity" or the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 2 Account Registration & Membership

To register an account with Khelo Unity, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Terms:

• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
• Your account is for your personal use only — sharing it with or operating it on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• The email address and phone number provided during registration must be active and in use.
• If any of your account details change (name, address, or phone number), you must notify customer support immediately.
• Members registering from outside Bangladesh are responsible for complying with the local laws of their respective country.

3 KYC Verification Process

Khelo Unity complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. All members are required to complete identity verification before making a withdrawal.

Required Documents:

KYC verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours. During this time, your withdrawal requests may be temporarily on hold, but deposits and gameplay will continue as normal.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Khelo Unity supports transactions in BDT via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit and withdraw quickly and securely — no conversion fees or extra charges.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5-15 minutes.
• There are no processing fees on deposits.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Members who have completed KYC verification have their withdrawals processed in an average of 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000 (one lakh taka); VIP members are entitled to a higher limit.
• Winnings earned from bonuses require the wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Khelo Unity's bonus and promotional offers are designed to enhance the entertainment experience for our members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be followed. Accepting a bonus will be taken as your agreement to the relevant terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires wagering 20–35 times the bonus amount. The exact figure is stated separately for each offer.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack game software or using automated bots.
• Any attempt to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to complete KYC verification using false or forged documents.
• Misuse of chargebacks or payment disputes against the platform.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Khelo Unity reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice — particularly under the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms & Conditions is violated.
• Submitting false information during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• If a member requests to close their account voluntarily.

If an account is closed without any breach of rules, the verified balance will be refunded. However, bonus balances or funds with incomplete wagering requirements are non-refundable.

For inactive accounts, Khelo Unity may deduct up to BDT 200 per month from the balance as a maintenance fee — the balance will never go below zero.

11 Limitation of Liability

Khelo Unity always strives to provide reliable service; however, the platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Internet connection disruptions or issues with the member's own device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.
• Outcomes of games not meeting a member's expectations.

Under any circumstances, Khelo Unity's maximum liability will not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in that calendar month.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact

Khelo Unity reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
